Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at admin@bluelightblocks.com with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.

Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund:

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Rejected Returns: If your return is not approved due to the item not meeting the return criteria, we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at admin@bluelightblocks.com and send your item to: Al Nakheel Road, Deira, Dubai. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@bluelightblocks.com with details of the product and the defect. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return the item and receive a replacement or refund.
